• Special Consultant to the New York Supreme Court during hearings into the possible liquidation of United Consumers Insurance Company.

• State of North Carolina on relation of James E. Long, Commissioner of Insurance vs. 20th Century Life Insurance Company – State of North Carolina, Wake County General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division Case No. 90CVS 10926, on behalf of Plaintiff (North Carolina/James E. Long).

• Litigation support for the malpractice defense of the consulting actuary in the matter of Ambassador Insurance Company vs. Coopers and Lybrand.

• Mediation between California Compensation Insurance Company liquidators and actuaries.
